Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a quality department with a documented Quality Management System (QMS)
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and use precision measuring instruments

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager - Compliance to oversee quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audit management within a manufacturing environment. The Quality Manager - Compliance will ensure adherence to quality standards, manage customer and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with ISO, AS9100, and other industry standards while supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and customer requirements
• Lead customer, vendor, internal, and regulatory audits
• Prepare documentation, coordinate audit activities, and oversee corrective actions
• Manage contract reviews, first article inspections, and compliance requirements
• Maintain approved vendor lists and certificates of compliance
• Oversee export control and controlled information requirements
• Validate testing processes, measurements, and quality data
• Lead NADCAP certification efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to maintain standards
