Outpatient Physical Therapist - Castle Rock, CO Location Castle Rock, CO Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 8-hour day shift, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week. 36 hours guaranteed. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient settings and will be comfortable managing an active patient population, including post-operative and Medicare patients. They will be expected to meet productivity benchmarks while ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient clients. Provide therapy interventions to facilitate patient recovery. Manage a schedule of 12-14 patients per day, with expectations for double-booking follow-ups. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Adhere to productivity expectations of 60 visits per week. Float to neighboring clinics as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active state license in Colorado or proof of application. Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are not accepted.
