Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s operational strategy and execution across Advertising Operations. This position oversees end-to-end operational processes, including campaign delivery workflows, resource allocation, and performance measurement to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. The role includes managing P&L for assigned business units, setting operational KPIs, and collaborating with sales, product, and AdOps teams to support revenue growth and client satisfaction. The Vice President Operations will drive strategic planning initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, and implement best practices for programmatic, mobile, and video operations. This individual will also mentor and develop operational leaders, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure high standards of customer service and partner communication.
Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management expertise, including process design, optimization, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial analysis to support sustainable growth.
• Background in Customer Service and client relationship management, with a focus on service quality and retention.
• Proven Strategic Planning and Project Management skills to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in digital advertising or AdTech operations (RTB, programmatic, mobile, video) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to lead remote teams, build high-performing cultures, and mentor emerging leaders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with comfort working in data-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
