Job Summary:
The Electro Physiology Laboratory (EP LAB) position is located in Austin, Texas. This role involves supporting a busy EP lab environment specializing in standard implant procedures and high-volume ablation cases, excluding ventricular tachycardia (VT). The position requires a dedicated registered nurse (RN) with experience in electrophysiology, capable of handling a fast-paced setting with a sense of urgency.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum 2 years of experience dedicated to electrophysiology (EP), must have experience with monitor systems including Claris, and possess or be willing to obtain ARRT or RCES certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with additional skills related to EP procedures are considered first.
• Additional Information: The unit comprises 1 lab with 3-4 staff members per procedure, including technicians and nurses, with an anesthesia team. Scrubs are provided by the hospital. The environment is fast-paced with a focus on standard implant procedures and EP ablation cases. The team has a high engagement score and a strong reputation within the hospital, making it a great place to work with new equipment and experienced staff.
