Job Title: Area Manager - Evening Operations Location: Knoxville, TN (and surrounding areas) Schedule: Monday-Friday, Afternoon/Evening Shift (occasional weekends) Status: Full-Time, Salaried Position Summary Duncan & Sons', a Clean Team company, is seeking a dependable and experienced Area Manager to oversee evening operations across multiple client locations in the Knoxville Metro area. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can manage teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure consistent service delivery. The Area Manager plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, controlling labor costs, and supporting employee development in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
