SIGN ON BONUS $5,000 Responsibilities Evaluates, treats, and educates patients to prevent, correct, alleviate and limit physical disability, body and movement dysfunction and pain from an injury, disease, and any other bodily and mental conditions Communicates effectively with patients and medical providers in a professional manner and provides positive interaction with patients and clinicians. Directly or indirectly supervises PTAs, students, volunteers, and aides as needed. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction Clinical Oversight Maintain high standards of patient care and treatment protocols. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist with PA License. Any education level so long as you are Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
