• $102,000 - $104,400 /year guaranteed first year compensation
• Uncapped monthly bonus plan that allows for higher earning potential

• Work from home 1 day per week if center-based
• Four 10-hour day schedule option
• Most of our BCBAs end their day between 5-5:30pm
• 25 paid days off in year 1; 30 in year 2
