Manufacturing Technician / Engineering Technician

Location: Clearwater, FL
Pay:  $23–$26 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Our client is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support production and engineering operations in a fast‐paced technical environment. This role involves hands‐on work with manufacturing processes, troubleshooting, prototype builds, tooling development, and continuous process improvements.

Role Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations and resolve production issues
• Assist with root‐cause analysis and process improvements
• Participate in prototype and low‐volume product builds
• Create and update build processes and work instructions
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, vendors, and technical teams
• Support tooling design and manufacturing solutions
• Assist with product testing, verification, and validation
• Ensure all processes follow specifications and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Experience using measuring instruments and inspection tools
• Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• High attention to detail and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing or engineering support experience
• Military technical experience is a plus
