Job Description
We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide mobile X-ray services at nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other care settings. The technologist will travel to different locations and perform diagnostic imaging using portable X-ray equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform mobile X-rays using portable digital radiography equipment.
- Produce diagnostic-quality images for radiologist interpretation.
- Perform EKGs as needed.
- Transport, maintain, and care for X-ray equipment and the assigned vehicle.
- Complete required paperwork and communicate with dispatch.
- Interact professionally with patients and healthcare staff.
Requirements
- Active ARRT certification required.
- Active California Radiologic Technologist license; limited licenses are not accepted.
- Valid California driver's license in good standing.
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
- Ability to move and transport portable X-ray equipment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and possible on-call hours.
