Government Billing & Audit Support Specialist (contract)

Government Audit Support Specialist

Must be a UNITED STATES CITIZEN Job is HYBRID (2 days on site in office) Required Experience 1. Four years in accounting support (2 years OK if possess AS Degree in Accounting). 2. KEY - Government contract experience or billing on government contracts. Meaning of "Govt contract / Billing" exp: Worked for company with Govt contract that billed the Govt for its work on Govt projects Preferred Experience (NOT required - ust nice to have)

Prior experience supporting audits
Prior billing experience
SAP experience preferred, other ERP ok
Customer Service Rep experience
Any automotive or medical experience is a plus, but NOT critical

Primary Function Assist Billing department and AR / AP departments with audit requests (will be retrieving / pulling records and documentation as needed for audit) Additional Functions • Assist Billing Specialist with processing invoices as needed • Assist Billing Specialist with setting up contracts in SAP as needed • Assist Billing Manager with process documentation and other ad hoc duties • Customer Service Responsibilities
