IT Support Analyst

We're seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to support end users across a professional enterprise environment. This role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring employees have the technology they need to be successful. The ideal candidate brings strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of end-user technology issues. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern endpoint technologies while supporting critical business operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other end-user technologies Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues Deliver second-level technical support for users experiencing technology-related problems Fulfill end-user service requests, including installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs) Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows-based devices and peripherals Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook and Office products Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory Utilize SCCM and other endpoint management tools to support device deployments and maintenance Track incidents, service requests, resolutions, and project work through established support processes Assist with inventory tracking, device lifecycle management, and other IT asset management functions Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining clear communication with users and stakeholders Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the IT team Required Qualifications 3+ years of desktop support, help desk, or endpoint computing experience Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and end-user technology Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook, and other Office applications Working knowledge of Active Directory administration Experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Experience with IT asset management processes and inventory tracking Previous experience within the insurance or financial services industry Experience supporting device deployments, upgrades, and refresh initiatives Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merrill, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
