We're looking for a dependable and hardworking professional to join a growing team as a Full-Time Warehouse Associate. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, handling, and preparing materials for delivery and installation projects. Duties:
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
• Pull, stage, and prepare materials for customer orders and deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
• Inspect materials for damage and verify shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely.
• Assist delivery drivers and installation crews with material preparation.
• Follow company safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Communicate inventory needs and discrepancies to supervisors.
• Support overall warehouse operations and team goals.
• Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.


Pay:
$24.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)


Schedule:
Full-Time
Long-Term Position
Monday - Friday, daytime hours
