CDL‑A Truck Driver Home Weekly Earning $1380-$2000+ (Full Time) Class A drivers (with one‑year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for a guaranteed salary, extra pay per shipment, and great benefits while getting home weekly. Job Type Dedicated Account Job Pay and Summary Drivers will pick up loads at the DC just outside of Front Royal. Trailers will be preloaded and drivers will hook and go. Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and then paid $300 for every trailer that is unloaded. Drivers will make between 2–4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver putting boxes that weigh between 1–35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck. When the driver takes their 34‑hour reset at home many times they will still be on a load. When their week starts, they will finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load. Orientation will take place in Dayton and is generally about 2 days. The company pays for transportation, hotel and meals and you are paid $85/Day for orientation. Training is generally 3–5 days. The trainee may double‑bunk with the trainer or get their truck then follow the trainer. Either option is possible and is paid at the daily rate. After training you may bring a rider and a dog with you while you run. Full Benefits Medical Vision PTO 401K with Matching Special Drug Test Requirement Drivers must pass a urine drug test. A failure or refusal of any drug test, regardless of how long ago the incident occurred or whether SAP has been completed, disqualifies a candidate. Job Requirements Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience (local, regional or OTR). CDL must be in the state of current residence when applying. May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years. May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, with the following exclusions: no major traffic violations, no preventable rear end, and no rollovers. Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. Personal vehicle may have one of the following moving violations in the last three years (but none in a commercial vehicle): 15+, reckless, following too closely, and texting or using a handheld device.
