Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Experience with documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience treating geriatric populations and managing post-operative care preferred.
