Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care. Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) PRN POSITION Increased rates when medical benefits are waived. This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Why Step Up Rehab?
