Responsibilities
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and situation (assessment)
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues
- Identify expected outcomes and develop an individualized plan of care
- Implement the prescribed plan of care and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families and promote a safe environment
- Collaborate with the health care team and contribute to professional practice
- Maintain ethical practice, confidentiality, and keep knowledge current with standards

Requirements
- Active Montana Registered Nurse license
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Preferred experience in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or other acute care settings
- Preferred experience in pre-hospital environments (e.g., ski patrol, search and rescue, EMS)
- Ability to work in a busy hospital-equivalent acute care setting and on a 10-hour shift
- On-call duties may be required to respond to organizational needs
