- High School diploma or equivalent experience / GED
- Trade-school diploma in HVAC or a qualified Journey Person Pipefitter or Plumber
- Minimum of two years current experience in HVAC or pipefitting/plumbing
- Minimum of five-year prior experience working in HVAC or pipefitting/plumbing with a professional company
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and document utility equipment and systems
- Plan and layout installations using piping standards
- Install, maintain, and repair pipe lines including steam, water, gas, and air
- Inspect, document and test fire sprinkler system and perform routine inspections
- Operate both electric and acetylene welding apparatus
