Remote Email & SMS Retention Strategist

Homestead Studio is seeking a Mid-Level Retention Strategist to join the Email + SMS team and report to the Head of Strategy. You will manage client relationships, outline and implement strategy, and oversee reporting to optimize customer lifecycles and drive profitable growth. You will work closely with design and copy teams, coordinating campaigns, triggers, and automation while staying ahead of industry best practices.
