We're hiring Managers In Training to support multiple Kansas City locations. This is more than a management job. It's a leadership development opportunity designed to prepare high-potential leaders to run their own restaurant.

Important: Candidates must be flexible and willing to train and/or be placed at any Kansas City area location based on business needs.

What You'll Do

Learn to lead a high-performing restaurant while living our Aloha culture.
Build, coach, and inspire teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Develop real-world leadership skills in operations, food safety, staffing, inventory, labor management, and financial performance.
Partner with experienced leaders who will coach and prepare you for promotion to General Manager.

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience in restaurants or hospitality.
A passion for developing people and creating great team culture.
Strong work ethic, accountability, and a desire to keep learning.
Flexibility to train and work throughout the Kansas City markets.
Someone who is ready for a career, not just the next job.
