Commonwealth Senior Living in Hillsville, VA is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The shift is 7am–3pm and pay ranges $16–$19 per hour. You will assist with daily tasks, follow individualized care plans, document services, and help maintain residents' dignity and quality of life. We value compassion, teamwork, and respect.
