Job Details Location: Apollo Beach, FL 33572 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Salary Range: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour Job Shift: Any Responsibilities Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in store. Side‑by‑side sell personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices. Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise. Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, services, device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting. Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and systems knowledge. Build relationships and partner with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, identify leads, and foster a collaborative environment. Qualifications Strong desire to learn and master the skills required of a customer advocate and build meaningful connections. Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices while serving customers. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals. Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred. Required At least 18 years of age. High school degree or GED. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs. Reliable transportation.
