Where you'll be working:

Setting: Clinic-based

Population Served: Children 2 - 18

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services to pediatric clients in a fully clinic-based environment.
• Develop, oversee, and adjust treatment plans based on each child’s clinical needs and progress.
• Supervise and support RBTs while helping ensure high-quality and consistent treatment implementation.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support meaningful progress across environments.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team that may include occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, counselors, feeding specialists, and diagnostic professionals.

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

• Caseload size: 8 - 12 clients
• Billable hour expectations: 28 hours per week
• Support Structure:
• Dedicated scheduling team
• Administrative support for phone calls, cancellations, and last-minute schedule changes
• Collaboration with PT, OT, speech, feeding, counseling, and diagnostic professionals
• Clinician-founded organization with practicing clinicians represented in leadership

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

• Base salary: $80,000 - $106,000
• Bonus structure: Up to $12,000 annually
• PTO: 10 days
• Health benefits: 5 sick days
• Paid Holidays: 8.5 days
• CEU support: In House CEUs, $500 yearly CEU credit & 1 CEU day off yearly for your first three years, $750 yearly CEU credit & 2 CEU days off yearly after three years
• Supervision/mentorship provided: New clinical excellence team
• Schedule flexibility / remote options: 1 day per week
