Claims Processor / CSR - Full or Part-Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer member benefit questions Reprice claims Create and track invoices Billing claims Provide great customer service Qualifications, Experience, and/or Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong professionalism. Customer focused to establish and maintain effective relationships. Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Be accurate with attention to detail. Education and/or Experience Preferred but not Required : 1 year experience in a claims/billing role preferred, but we will train the right person!
