This is the next step in your clinical journey, and you won't be doing it alone. From day one, you'll be surrounded by a team of OTs, OTAs, and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you.  

Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your first month.   

Day-to-day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation. 

The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with patient care in the morning, a lunch break from 12–1, and continued sessions in the afternoon. 

A mentor and team that's here for YOU: Your clinic team is readily available and happy to support you in a way that is focused on your growth and where you are on your journey. From caseload questions to caregiver communication or documentation challenges, support is by your side. Plus, with our multidisciplinary model, you'll have opportunities to collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA to learn from other perspectives and grow your network. You'll never feel alone at Woven Care!  

Learning opportunities right from the start: We want to build a team of clinicians who never stop learning; that's why we've created a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:  

• $250 CEU reimbursement , increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure  

• Woven's Clinical Advancement Program , where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging  

Compensation: New grads receive a salary compensation range of $80,000-82,000/year. Plus, we have an annual productivity bonus of up to $9,000/year.   

Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000. Whether you're moving from another area or just need some extra funds to start building up your materials, we want to help!  

Benefits options: Medical, dental, vision, tenure-based PTO, and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!  

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy 
• NBCOT certification in good standing 
• Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain 
• New grads are welcome!
