Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing trusting relationships and maintaining professional ethics throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct regular progress reviews, scheduling sessions, and preparing clients for discharge when appropriate, ensuring each client receives individualized care.

• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, adapting them based on ongoing assessments of client needs.

• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance and effective treatment evaluation.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client backgrounds, needs, and establish treatment goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly while remaining open to adjusting frequency based on client needs.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to discuss ongoing cases, enhance skills, and foster professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient with technology, including Excel, Outlook, and practice management systems such as Pimsys.

• Comfortable completing intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on assessed needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Preventive Minds Counseling P.C. offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, proportionate to experience and performance.
