We are seeking a  Process Technician to join our High Temperature Composites team focused on Ceramic Matrix Composites at our Huntington Beach, CA location. The ideal candidate will have experience in  manufacturing operations, equipment maintenance, and safe handling of compressed gases and chemicals and a proven ability to  support production plans, execute standard work, and contribute to cost and operational improvements .

Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and reliable.
• Execute trained manufacturing and assembly tasks for components and sub-assemblies to meet quality standards.
• Follow production plans to meet customer requirements and schedule adherence.
• Handle compressed gas cylinders and containers of hazardous chemicals in compliance with safety procedures.
• Contribute to cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively and resolve team conflicts to maintain professional standards.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment requirements and the Quality and Production Systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team across shifts as needed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with compressed gases in industrial processes.
• Detail orientation with the ability to follow procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude.
