Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with various physical therapy needs.
• Document all treatments and patient progress accurately using the Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and implement patient care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
• Adapt to floating between acute rehab and other units as needed with appropriate orientation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of physical therapy experience in acute care is preferred.
• Current California Physical Therapist license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient safety protocols.
• Willingness to float among similar units as directed by management.
