Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Location

Philadelphia, PA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician
• Apply principles, theories, and current methods of nursing practice using the nursing process
• Collaborate with patients, families, professional peers, and interdisciplinary health care team members to individualize patient care plans
• Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care in accordance with standards of nursing practice and departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License or Multi-State Compact RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency room or relevant clinical specialty
