Physical Therapist / PT

Position Overview Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Sparta, WI Skilled Nursing Facility. Compensation & Schedule Full‑Time with a $5,000 bonus and hourly rates of $42‑52 per hour (offer based on experience and qualifying interview). Full‑Time 30‑40 hours per week with split coverage at Rolling Hills in Sparta and Tomah Nursing and Rehab. Drive time and mileage between buildings. Part‑Time flexible schedule 15‑20 hours per week at either location. PRN also available. New graduates welcome; mentorship program available. Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
