Surgery Coordinator

Surgery Coordinator Vanguard Skin Specialists is a dermatology and plastic surgery practice serving communities in southern Colorado. Our mission is to make a positive impact on our patients, our community, and our world. We are seeking a Surgery Coordinator who will help create an amazing patient experience. Key Responsibilities Track pathology results with accuracy Communicate benign and malignant results with compassion Coordinate treatment across all of our offices Verify insurance benefits and communicate cost information with patients Work as part of a successful team Maintain a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute Qualifications Four‑year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience, is required Proven track record of working well on teams and delivering excellence Excellent verbal and written skills; customer service experience a plus Alignment with the values and mission of Vanguard Skin Specialists Schedule This is a full‑time position with business hours Monday to Friday. The role is based at the Colorado Springs headquarters and Briargate locations, serving multiple offices (Colorado Springs, Canon City, Castle Rock, Parker, Pueblo, and Woodland Park). Performance Management Your first informal review will be approximately 90 days from your date of hire and will be followed by semi‑annual formal review cycles (spring or fall). Compensation reviews will occur in the same cycles annually.
