What You'll Do Ensure front office administrative and revenue cycle tasks are completed accurately and on time Serve as a team lead and mentor to Clinical Office Coordinators, supporting training and development Coordinate and align workflows between the front desk, medical assistants, and providers Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone Manage and resolve escalated patient, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively Support clinical/medical technician teams with additional tasks as needed Maintain smooth daily operations in a high-volume healthcare environment What You Bring Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience strongly preferred Licensure/Certification None required Key Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate keyboarding skills Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR systems) Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and professionally Proven ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision Demonstrated leadership abilities and willingness to take initiative Excellent time management and organizational skills Commitment to delivering a positive patient experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Emerson Hospital
