What You'll Do

As a Design Consultant, you'll meet directly with homeowners to help them explore window, door, siding, and other exterior remodeling solutions that enhance the beauty, comfort, and value of their homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-home consultations with prospective customers.
• Educating homeowners on Window World's products, features, and benefits.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Presenting pricing, financing options, and product recommendations.
• Building lasting customer relationships through professionalism, transparency, and excellent service.
• Managing customer follow-ups and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
• Working closely with our office and installation teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
  

Compensation & Earning Potential

We believe exceptional performance deserves exceptional compensation.

Our Design Consultants enjoy a highly competitive, performance-based commission structure ranging from 7% to 12% of sales, based on sales performance in a month- the more you sell, the more you make on the whole month. This provides significant earning opportunities for motivated individuals.
