Urology Nurse Practitioner- High-Tech Office-Based Urology | NYC

Modern Urologist / Advanced Physicians is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join a high-tech, AI-enabled, office-based urology practice serving New York City, Forest Hills, and Brooklyn .

This is a rare opportunity for a motivated NP to build a career in modern urology with hands-on training, advanced diagnostics, in-office procedures, strong physician support, and a sophisticated New York patient population.

This position is ideal for an APP who wants to work in a highly specialized, technology-driven environment without the traditional hospital burden. There is no hospital call, no ER call, and no mandatory inpatient rounding . The role is primarily office-based, lifestyle-forward, and supported by an established clinical and administrative infrastructure.

This is not a typical NP position. It is an opportunity to learn high-tech, in-office urology at a level that is not available in most practice settings. We are open to experienced urology APPs as well as motivated candidates from other clinical backgrounds who are eager to learn. Prior urology experience is preferred, but not required for the right individual. The APP will work closely with physicians and other clinical team members in the evaluation, management, documentation, follow-up, and longitudinal care of urology patients. Depending on experience, training, licensure, and comfort level, responsibilities may include independent patient visits, procedure preparation, diagnostic review, medication management, patient education, post-procedure care, care coordination, and participation in clinical protocols.

Our practice infrastructure includes board-certified urologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, ultrasound technicians, medical assistants, administrative support, advanced in-office diagnostics, office-based procedure rooms, in-office operating capabilities, established protocols, and high patient demand across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.

The expected salary range is $140,000-$180,000 , commensurate with experience, urology background, schedule, responsibilities, productivity, and final employment terms.
