Sales/Account Manager
As a Sales/Account Manager for Bryan Kovach - State Farm Agent, you play a pivotal role in driving our agency's success. You are responsible for developing and leading a high-performing sales team, building strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. Your strategic vision and sales expertise are essential in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agency growth goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and referral sources.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new business development.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with insurance products and regulations is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations and cold-calling when necessary.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
