Global Manufacturing Controller — GAAP, ERP & Compliance

We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead global accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. This role is a key financial leader responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving process improvements across domestic and international operations. What You’ll Do Lead global accounting operations, monthly close, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements Oversee tax compliance, treasury reporting, and ERP/finance systems governance Partner with executive leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams Provide technical accounting guidance on revenue recognition, contracts, and business initiatives Mentor and develop accounting teams across multiple locations Drive process improvements and operational efficiency What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/MAcc preferred) CPA strongly preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and technical accounting Manufacturing and ERP experience preferred (QAD a plus) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Genuine Search Group
