RN, Clinical Coordinator - Saint Luke's East (Hiring Immediately)

Job Description Saint Luke's East is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join the team! This position will support CVRU, Medical Specialty & Intermediate Float Pool. Schedule: 8a-5p | Monday-Friday Candidates must possess: BSN, BLS Certification and a MO RN license. Main Duties of this role include: Onboarding RN's and NA's Assists the Clinical Nurse Manager in supervising planning,organizing, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the unit Serves as a positive, professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership, independent judgement, and decision-making skills The Clinical Coordinator acts as a resource for the staff in maintaining departmental records,scheduling staff development and other special projects Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment Developing, promoting, and providing follow up on patient care and quality initiatives Candidates with previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting are encouraged to apply.
