Job Duties and Responsibilities As Project Manager, your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Representing Milestone in introductions and meetings with current and prospective clients.

• Building and maintaining relationships with current and new client companies.

• Managing multiple active projects simultaneously.

• Overseeing subcontracted detailing work and coordinating with multiple detailing firms.

• Managing job-specific budgets for each project and working to stay within approved budget.

• Developing and maintaining project schedules, keeping production and installation on or ahead of schedule while accounting for the shop's current workload.

• Attending all relevant project-specific and company-specific meetings to support communication throughout the production and scheduling process.

• Supporting additional company needs as requested, which may include shop and field certifications, safety paperwork and training, identifying ways to improve production and customer satisfaction, and providing input on team effectiveness. Performance Standard Continued employment in this role is contingent on meeting the company's average project margin targets (established Overhead & Profit, or O&P). Maintaining these margins is a condition of continued employment in this position.
