PRN Dental Receptionist - Premier Endodontic Associates We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team as PRN. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice. Schedule: PRN position Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Specialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies andindependently owned supported clinical practicesare proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers.
