This role focuses on helping clients achieve recovery through counseling and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' substanceuse history and related issues.
- Develop and implementindividualized treatment plans.
- Conduct individual and groupcounseling sessions.
- Monitor clients' progressand adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Facilitate educationalworkshops on addiction prevention.
- Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; certification insubstance abuse counseling preferred.
- Experience in addictiontreatment or recovery settings.
- Strong communication and motivational interviewing skills.
