Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy License required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or willingness to treat orthopedic outpatient caseload. Caseload is 1:1, 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups, no double-booking.
• Comfort working with or supervising PTA and aide support.
• Proficiency or willingness to use WebPT electronic medical record and AI documentation support.
• Open to new graduates and relocating candidates.

Position Details:

• Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist, Outpatient Orthopedics.
• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic with orthopedic, TMJ, and vestibular services.
• Shift: Days. Mon–Fri within 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Flexible 5x8 or 4x10 schedules.
• Caseload: 1:1 patient care. 60-minute evaluations, 30-minute follow-ups. No double booking.
• This recruitment is for multiple openings including outpatient ortho PTs and additional specialty roles in the region.
