Electronics Repair Technician (Board-Level Troubleshooting & Soldering)

About the Role

We are hiring Electronics Repair Technicians to support the troubleshooting, repair, and testing of electronic assemblies and components in a high-tech manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on electronics experience looking to grow their technical skills in board-level diagnostics, soldering, and electronic repair.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with schematics, troubleshooting electronic devices, soldering/rework, and using electronic test equipment in a production or repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies and circuit boards at the component level
• Perform board-level diagnostics, fault isolation, and signal tracing
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering and rework
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and analyzers
• Conduct testing, validation, and repair verification
• Maintain accurate documentation and repair records
• Support continuous improvement and production quality initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical training or education in Electronics preferred
• Experience with electronics troubleshooting and repair
• Hands-on soldering experience (through-hole and SMT)
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and electronic test equipment
• IPC or A+ certifications are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
