Project Coordinator - Fire & Water Restoration

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, customer‑focused individual to manage project lifecycles and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members. Compensation $20 - $25 hourly Responsibilities Effectively communicate with customers Participate in team meetings and provide daily project updates Demonstrate superior time‑management and organizational skills Act independently, drive results with limited direction, and think creatively Ensure team needs are met throughout the project life cycle Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating issues to management as needed Complete project documentation with TPA/Insurance Company guidelines and company software Make initial contact and hold a relationship with the customer Prepare reports for management and others as needed Qualifications Coordinate activities, resources, schedules, training, equipment, and information Participate in the collection process of payment from customers Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility Experience with DASH and TPAs is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and time‑management skills About the Company At Restoration Network Inc., we commit to restoring not just buildings but lives.
