Respiratory Therapist II

Wellstar Health System seeks a Respiratory Therapist II for weekend shifts to deliver advanced respiratory care in an acute care setting. In this role, you will assess patients, manage ventilators and non-invasive therapies, perform treatments, and respond to respiratory emergencies. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. You’ll use advanced technology, follow evidence-based protocols, support quality and safety initiatives, and help mentor junior therapists within a supportive, mission-driven culture.
