Patient Access Representative | Vail Health-Colorado Mountain Medical Be the first friendly face patients see when they arrive for care. As a Patient Access Representative, you'll help create a seamless, positive patient experience by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-desk support. What You’ll Do Welcome and register patients Verify insurance and collect co-payments Schedule appointments and procedures Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment What We’re Looking For Customer service and clerical experience Strong communication and organizational skills "Wait, I need to correct the closing for the 2nd list.
