Visit our Website: amesinc.com Responsibilities & Qualifications The Junior Service Technician serves as an ambassador for the company to the customer, with responsibilities for assisting with equipment installation and repairs for pumps and related equipment. These services are performed on the Customer’s site according to their schedule to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities Service pumps and related equipment. Provide technical service, start-ups, installation, and repairs. Complete written evaluations, recommendations, and related company reports. Work with service software for communication and scheduling. Positive attitude and desire to grow an existing sales and service business. Operate and maintain a company vehicle -valid Driver’s License required. Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Competencies Strong Mechanical and Problem-Solving Skills. Able to learn new skills and processes. Able to work in a team environment. Strong work ethic with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
