About the RoleWe're looking for an outgoing, reliable Retail Sales Associate to join our Rocky Hill team. You'll guide customers through our product selection, answer questions, and help create a great shopping experience.What You'll DoGreet customers and recommend products that fit their needsEducate customers on products, strains, and consumption methodsProcess sales using our POS systemVerify customer age/ID per Connecticut DCP regulationsKeep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organizedWhat We're Looking ForFlexible availability required, including weekends (our busiest days are Fri–Sun)Must be 21+Strong communication and customer service skillsRetail or sales experience preferred; cannabis knowledge a plus, not requiredMust pass DCP requirementsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payEmployee discountPaid trainingRoom to grow
