What You'll Do

As a Virtual Support Specialist , you'll help create a positive client experience from the initial consultation through ongoing policy service.

Client Support & Customer Service

You'll:

Benefits Education & Enrollment Support

As you complete training and obtain the required licensing, you'll learn how to:

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Help clients understand coverage features and benefit choices

• Identify individual and family protection needs

• Provide needs-based recommendations

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment

• Assist with required documentation

• Help ensure clients understand the coverage they select
