Practice Overview

• You'll join an employed urology team with 2 full-time physicians, 2 part-time call partners, and 4 APPs
• Mix of clinic and OR with strong infrastructure: 10 ORs, dedicated cysto room, and hospital-owned ASC access
• Robotics available (DaVinci Xi) plus Aquablation; opportunity for block time based on your practice needs
• Robust support model: anesthesia/CRNA depth, hospitalists handle admissions, and Cerner EMR with AI scribe support

Schedule

• 4-day workweek with a predictable split: 2 surgery days / 2 clinic days
• Clinic volumes commonly 20-25 patients/day; surgical days often 4-10 cases depending on complexity
• Call is limited to a single community hospital: approximately 5-7 days/month, with APPs working toward first-call coverage
• Flexibility may be available for alternative schedules (including extended time-off blocks)-ask for details

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary around $600,000 (evergreen guarantee) plus wRVU production; realistic total earnings around $800K
• Sign-on bonus $60K, relocation stipend $10K, and optional APP oversight stipend
• Student loan support up to $100K
• Benefits include medical coverage, malpractice, and 5 weeks PTO

Candidate Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology
• Open to all experience levels, including new grads and seasoned surgeons
• Comfort with a broad urology practice; robotics interest welcomed (not required to start)
• Team-first mindset and interest in building a steady, referral-supported practice
