What You Will Do Responsible for the administration of and assist employees in completing insurance, unemployment, workers' compensation and other personnel forms. Maintain records on sick leave, vacation, and other absences. Handle or refer personnel related inquiries and check references. Assist in compiling human resource related statistics for management. May handle paper flow for periodic reviews. Assist in maintaining employee files. Perform other duties as requested. What You Bring To Freeport One (1) year of clerical experience in administrative, office support or human resource work. Solid computer skills in office word processing, email, spreadsheet and presentation applications. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Proficient in database management tools. Communicate in a professional manner. What We Offer You The estimated pay range for this role is currently $21.00 - $29.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
