Optum WA (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team in Marysville, WA. As a clinician-led organization, Optum provides extensive clinical resources, data, and global support to empower physicians in delivering exceptional patient care. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to advancing community health within a collaborative and inclusive environment, focusing on the Quadruple Aim.Practice InfoEPIC is the EMR system utilized; AI options to help withefficient chartingMA's help with reviewing the in-basket; 1:1 MA ratio is the goalRNs float between providers; triage all phone callsMost clinics have lab and x-ray on-site. Some clinics have full imaging availableSpecialist care is available on-site or nearby depending upon the locationResource Pharmacists availableAnti-coagulation onsite typically 1 day a week in each clinicCompensationThe salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full time employmentSalary Range is defined as total cash compensation at targetThe actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievementPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.Incentive and recognition programsBenefitsA comprehensive benefits packageEquity stock purchase401k contributionShift & ScheduleFull-time position; 36 patient contact hours weeklyFTE may negotiable if someone wants less than full-timeTypically, we offer a 4-Day work week; negotiable schedule18-22 patients per day on averageRequirementsUnrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtainCurrent DEA certificate required prior to start dateBC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineCurrent BLS, ACLS certification prior to start dateEMR Proficient - EPIC preferred
